To delete your SparrowTalk SMS account (package com.sparrow.smsverify), email service@sparrowteletech.com from your registered address with subject Delete SparrowTalk SMS account.
We will delete your account, wallet history, and SMS order records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for completed payment disputes.
This request applies only to SparrowTalk SMS, not to SparrowTalk voice calling (com.sparrow.sparrowtalk).
